That is why we have intentionally curated this Wellness Retreat with a licensed therapist at the center of the experience. This is not a conventional travel trip. This is a carefully held space where you are invited to put down what you've been carrying, to speak honestly about the things that weigh on you, and to be guided through them with professional care and deep compassion.
Our licensed therapist will lead intimate group sessions designed to open honest conversation around the topics women navigate every single day — the ones that often go unspoken. Through thoughtful facilitation, you will have the opportunity to explore these experiences not in isolation, but in community with other women who understand.
